Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 15, 2026 · Applies to all users of mba-dubai.com (the "Site") and its educational programmes (the "Services")
1. About These Terms
Welcome to the Dubai International Academy of Business Management. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website mba-dubai.com and the executive education programmes, courses, bundles, and certificates offered on it (collectively, the "Services"). By registering, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services, you enter into a binding agreement with us, and we recommend reading the following sections carefully, as together with our published course descriptions they form the complete framework applicable to your use of the platform — from the moment you create an account through course delivery, certification, and, where applicable, after-sales support. Services under this brand are made available by Dubai Academy of Business Management, with a correspondence address at 34682 17B, Istanbul, and can be reached at contact@mba-dubai.com for any administrative, billing, or legal enquiry relating to these Terms.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a course or bundle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
3. Nature of Our Programmes
It is important that you understand exactly what you are purchasing:
- Our courses, including those marketed as "Mini-MBA" or "Executive Certificate" programmes, are professional development and continuing education products. They are not accredited academic degrees, diplomas, or qualifications recognised by any ministry of education, higher education authority, or degree-granting institution.
- Certificates issued upon completion are proof of course completion issued by us as a private education provider. They do not confer any academic title, professional licence, or statutory qualification.
- Course content is self-paced, delivered digitally (documents, slides, and/or assessments), and does not involve live instruction unless explicitly stated on the relevant course page.
- Outcomes such as career advancement, salary increases, or employment are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside our control.
4. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or enrol in a course. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Keep your login credentials confidential and be responsible for all activity under your account;
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5. Enrolment, Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any digital service fees unless noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider(s). By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Enrolment and access to course content is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Access to Course Content
Upon successful enrolment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the purchased course content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
- Access is generally provided for the lifetime of the course's availability on the platform, unless a specific access period is stated at the point of purchase.
- We may update, revise, or discontinue course content from time to time to keep it current; where reasonably possible, we will notify enrolled students of material changes.
- You may not share your account, download content for redistribution, or make course materials available to any third party.
7. Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued electronically once you have satisfied the applicable completion requirements for a course (e.g., completing all lessons and achieving the required assessment score, where applicable). Certificates include a unique verification ID that can be checked via our Verify Certificate page.
We reserve the right to revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
8. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refunds
8.1 Right of Withdrawal
Because our courses are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal ordinarily available for online purchases applies only until you begin accessing the course materials. By completing payment and gaining access to a purchased course, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once that access has begun.
If you have not accessed any lesson content, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the order date without giving a reason, by contacting us at contact@mba-dubai.com.
8.2 Consequences of Cancellation
Where a valid cancellation is made under 8.1, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation request. Where you have already accessed part of a course before cancelling, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the value of the content already accessed.
8.3 Certificates Already Issued
Where a certificate of completion has already been issued for a course, that course is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, as the service has been fully performed at your request.
8.4 Voluntary Refund Window
Beyond the right described in 8.1, and at our discretion, we may also grant a refund where a request is made within 5 days of purchase and less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Requests outside this window, for bundles where any included course has already been accessed, or where a certificate has already been issued, will not generally be granted.
8.5 Special Advice
Your right of withdrawal ends earlier where the course has been fully delivered at your express request prior to you exercising that right, or where a certificate has already been issued to you.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, text, graphics, logos, video, design, and other content on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted in Section 6, no part of the Services may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course content or certificates;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written permission.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific course or bundle giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection afforded to you by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site prior to becoming effective. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
